You will support the Store Manager, lead a sales-focused team, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations.

This role emphasizes recruiting, training, inventory control, vendor relationships, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older with physical ability to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team with development for product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues; lead by example.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and store safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
