Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by HR.
• Minimum 6 months guest service experience required.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required/obtainable.
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Restock the bar with beer, liquor, wine, glassware, and juices.
• Prepare fruit trays and garnishes for drinks, ensuring backup supplies.
• Promote and document drink orders; take orders promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per customer specifications.
• Input orders at POS; create checks and maintain accountability for beverages served.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bar setup and work area.
