Job summary

A prominent gaming establishment in California is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee and train a team of beverage service staff. Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience in casino or similar environment preferred.
• One year experience in a high volume beverage operation or food and beverage environment required.
• Basic knowledge of ABC and regulations required.
• ServSafe® certification or ability to become certified required.
• Knowledge of FDA Food Code standards required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains Beverage Servers, Bartenders, and Barbacks.
• Ensures smooth and efficient service throughout all beverage facilities.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
• Promotes outstanding guest services throughout the casino.
