Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a Beverage Supervisor to oversee the beverage team, ensuring quality, safety, and guest service standards across the venue. The role emphasizes developing strategic plans for operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability.

You will mentor staff, monitor training including ServSafe, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations while maintaining strong guest relations and a visible presence on the floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years cash handling and guest service experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check, obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing beverage strategic plans for operations, inventory, and cost controls.
• Ensure food and beverage services meet standards, including cleanliness and appearance.
• Monitors training of all personnel on service sequence, ServSafe and guest service standards.
• Ensures policies and regulations are followed across beverage operations.
• Be visible on the outlet floor and beverage/Casino areas during shifts.
• Assist with work and break schedules and team member evaluations.
• Support career development through mentoring and coaching.
• Meet guests to resolve concerns per guest service standards.
• Host regular staff meetings to improve communication within beverage operations.
• Maintain beverage activity reports and keep leadership informed.
