Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. seeks a Food and Beverage supervisor to lead bar services and guest-facing teams. You will ensure service aligns with standards, monitor training, and support scheduling while remaining visible on the casino floor to coach staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years supervisory or management experience in Bar services.
• Three years of cash-handling and guest service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Food and Beverage personnel in the assigned venue to ensure guest service needs are met.
• Ensure service aligns with Beverage Services Manager directions and standard policies.
• Monitor training and provide tools for team members to perform duties effectively.
• Be visible in outlets and on the floor during shifts and assist with scheduling and evaluations.
• Resolve guest concerns per guest service standards and mentor career development.
