Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Indiana ABC Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Typically 2 years of service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer service to internal and external customers and employees.
• Acts as information center about Belterra Casino Resort services and facilities.
• Assists guests with beverage selection and demonstrates product knowledge.
• Ensures guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsiveness to complaints.
• Maintains a neat, sanitary appearance and adheres to safety standards.
• Performs inventories and other duties as assigned.
