Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiarity with beverage and wine service.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all appropriate licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and inform them of daily specials and offerings.
• Assist guests with beverage selections with product knowledge.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through quality checks and responsive service.
• Maintain a neat, clean appearance and uphold sanitation and safety standards.
• Perform inventories and other duties as assigned.
