Qualifications

• Ability to mix a wide variety of drinks according to recipes.
• Knowledge of bar equipment operation and safety.
• Ability to direct cocktail servers and manage bar flow.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Indiana ABC Permit (Liquor License) required and must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pours drinks according to recipes and maintains a clean, safe bar area.
