Qualifications

• Requires RAMP and Serv-Safe certification.
• Three years of employment in a related position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction with timely orders.
• Retain and motivate employees while managing costs per policies.
• Monitor sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and quality.
• Schedule hourly team members; ensure compliance with liquor laws and state gaming regulations.
• Uphold safety procedures and reflect brand standards.
