Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Mississippi is seeking a Beverage Server to provide prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests. You will handle cash transactions, track beverages, and stay informed on promotions and events.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), the ability to lift 15 pounds, a flexible schedule including nights and holidays, and strong customer service skills. Prior beverage or cocktail experience is preferred.

• Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services.

• Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner.
• Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor.
• Responsible for additional side work as assigned.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

• Must have cash handling experience.
