Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, restaurant or nightclub preferred.
• In-depth wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Must acquire and maintain required compliance trainings (Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness, BBP).
• Excellent guest service, communication, and self-motivation with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service to all guests.
• Answers menu or beverage questions posed by guests.
• Maintains knowledge of the dining or beverage menu and specials.
• Observes guests, anticipates needs, and completes service steps.
• Delivers quick, friendly, professional service and records sales in the POS system.
• Ensures guest payments for beverage service are collected.
• Maintains a professional, tidy appearance at all times.
• Educates guests on new technologies on the floor and sells in a fast-paced environment.
• Builds knowledge of offerings to answer questions accurately.
• Maintains reliable attendance with minimal absences or lateness.
