Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Dayton is seeking a friendly, energetic Beverage Server to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fast-paced casino environment. You will provide personalized service, greet guests by name, promote events, and ensure timely, accurate beverage service while upholding safety and appearance standards.

Requirements: 21+, excellent customer service in English, money handling, ability to lift 20–25 lbs, and must work nights/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
Must enjoy hosting others and have an outgoing attitude.
Comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment.
Read, write, understand and speak English.
Excellent customer service/communication skills.
Count money and make change accurately.
Learn tray service and cocktail ingredients.
Able to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
Maintain professional appearance as per policy.
Physically mobile and able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Foster a fun environment for guests and co-workers.
Be a gracious host to all guests and team members.
Promote gaming events and programs.
Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service; present drinks to guests.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption according to guidelines.
Take drink orders, coordinate with bartender, assist in drink prep.
Handle money according to procedure.
Work well with beverage staff and supervisors; keep workstation clean and stocked.
