Job summary

PENN Entertainment in Chicago is seeking a beverage server to provide prompt, courteous service to casino guests and to handle cash receipts, tokens, and room charges with integrity. You will interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner, stay informed about promotions, and support promotional events while maintaining financial controls and confidentiality.

A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
• Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks.
• Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services.
• Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
