Job summary

Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant In Training to deliver outstanding customer service while stocking and merchandising products in an established territory. The role supports Sales Representatives by building displays, completing store resets, and submitting accurate orders.

You will learn to develop sales presentations, grow business across multi-level accounts, and provide value-added services to maximize sales while staying informed on industry

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/grocery preferred.
• Able to lift 40-60 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be 21+ and eligible for ABC Wholesale Salesmen permit.
• Regular night, weekend and some holidays are required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and shelves.
• Build wine and beer displays in the territory.
• Assist in completing store resets in the territory.
• Facilitate resolution of customer service issues.
• Learn to develop and deliver sales presentations.
• Learn to submit accurate and timely orders for customers.
• Grow business in multi-level accounts with diverse products.
