Job summary

WP Beverages is seeking a Sales Supervisor to implement marketing and execution strategies across channels and to guide Account Representatives and relief staff. You will direct reports and collaborate with Key Account Managers to optimize opportunities and resolve issues.

The role focuses on executing promotions, driving profitable growth, and meeting annual operating plans while maintaining high customer service standards and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience with supervisory responsibilities or related education.
• Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of accounting, sales processes, customer relations techniques, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports to ensure full execution of responsibilities.
• Identify account opportunities with Key Account Managers and resolve issues at account level.
• Ensure promotions at headquarter level are executed in Develop marketplace to drive sales and margins.
• Manage and achieve the assigned annual operating plan.
