Job summary

WP Beverages, a leading distributor of iconic brands, seeks a Sales Supervisor to translate marketing strategies into field execution across key channels. You will mentor Account Representatives and drive promotions and sales performance to meet annual targets.

You will collaborate with Key Account Managers, conduct store audits, and ensure exceptional customer service while expanding distribution in On-Premise, Vending, Schools, and other channels. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Minimum five years sales experience and supervisory experience or education
• Strong analytical thinking ability and organization skills
• Knowledge of accounting, sales, customer relations techniques, and inventory control methods
• Persuasive and diplomatic communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods in a highly distracting environment
• Ability to work effectively in a competitive and stressful environment

Responsibilities

• Directing reports to fully carry out job responsibilities
• Working with Key Account Managers to identify account opportunities and solve account level issues
• Ensuring that promotions sold in at the headquarter level are executed in the Develop marketplace focusing on driving sales and margins
• Managing and achieve assigned annual operating plan
• Coaching and mentoring of the Account Representatives
• Conducting store audits to ensure monthly key performance indicators are met
• Ensure we meet customers’ expectations in sales and service by working closely with the operations department
• Direct sales to On-Premise, UDS, Third Party, Vending, Schools, Special Events and IBS channels
• Generate and foster partnerships with specific strategic non-retail customers
• Work closely with Tell Sell Representative executing marketplace initiatives and promotions in tell sell accounts
• Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution
• Additional duties as assigned
