Job summary

Grey Eagle in Fenton, MO is seeking a Sales Development Representative to grow beverage brands through account visits, inventory management and in-store promotions. You will build relationships with on- and off-premise accounts and maintain regular call frequencies.

This role requires at least one year of beverage or consumer goods selling, a likely Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong verbal and written communication, organization, and self‑motivation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• One-year beverage/consumer goods selling or merchandising experience.
• Familiarity with local, state and federal liquor laws a plus.
• Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent customer orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain retail call frequency with structured selling, inventory, displays, and promotions.
• Introduce and sell in new brands and packages to support sell-through.
• Complete required paperwork such as point sheets and expense reports.
• Establish and monitor quality control standards for freshness and losses.
• Communicate with all company departments as necessary.
• Make daily retail inventory decisions using sales history and data tools.
• Maintain all information in VIP and assist with delivery as needed.
• Comply with supplier standards and liquor regulations.
