Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Able to analyze and understand data and information
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties and responsibilities
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals
• Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques
• Able to consistently achieve results
• Able to communicate effectively and adapt messaging
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
• Discover and identify customer business growth needs
• Develop a customer business growth plan for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities
• Analyze data and insights to increase sales and achieve objectives
• Pre-plan account visits with an agenda and selling opportunities documented in CRM
• Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives
• Visit accounts regularly and document in CRM
• Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products and position them
• Propose selling solutions and win the sale using consultative selling
