Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Indianapolis area. This role focuses on face-to-face consultative selling, building trusted relationships, and driving incremental sales with grocery and off-premise accounts.

You will visit accounts, develop growth plans, and document opportunities in CRM while staying current on SGWS products and competitive offerings. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to analyze and understand data.
• Able to leverage SGWS technology to perform duties.
• Able to build and structure customer presentations and proposals.
• Proficient with mobile devices and online communication tools.
• Able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and conduct consultative sales conversations.
• Develop customer business growth plans and sales pipelines.
• Analyze data to increase sales and achieve objectives.
• Pre-plan account visits with agendas and selling opportunities.
• Document visit notes and plans in CRM (Proof).
• Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and positions.
