Responsibilities

• Sells all products in accordance with company guidelines and TABC requirements.
• Supervises and manages a team of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedules routes to ensure regular customer visits.
• Builds rapport with customers through open communication and trust.
• Continuously increases product knowledge to act as a resource for customers.
• Merchandises effectively using displays and POS materials.
• Maintains inventory and reduces stockouts at customer accounts.
• Accurately enters orders into handheld sales software.
• Monitors product freshness and rotation to meet company standards.
