BLUE CHIP GROUP LLC in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Document Control Specialist to author, format, track, store, review, update and maintain QA documentation. This role ensures document accuracy and integrity across departments.

You will manage document processing for new and existing MMRs, maintain databases for raw materials, and support inspections, audits, traceability, recalls and business continuity. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in QC dietary supplements, document control, science, engineering, or technical writing or combination of these
• Technical training in document control, QC dietary supplements, science or technical writing
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sound time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well with various departments in the company
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Self-starter

Responsabilités

• Document processing of new and existing MMRs
• Build, review, and maintain documents to ensure document accuracy, quality and integrity
• Develop and maintain document control processes and systems
• Maintain raw materials/components database
• Maintain files and retrieve requested documents during inspections, audits, traceability exercises, recalls, market withdrawals, business continuity, etc
• Perform other duties as assigned
