Job summary

DrinkPAK in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Document Control Associate to manage quality and production documentation, support product releases, and ensure customer/regulatory documentation reaches the Quality Department and customers as required.

You will maintain data in DrinkPAK’s Quality Doc Management systems, collaborate across departments, and help improve procedures. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in document control in food/beverage preferred; bilingual English/Spanish desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong writing and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years in a document control role in the food industry is required.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments to gather and release documents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review data and documentation in DrinkPAK’s Quality Doc Management systems.
• Prepare documentation for in-process and finished goods and provide to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate across Logistics, Quality, and Operations to ensure current, accurate records.
• Support new product introductions and customer inquiries with proper documentation.
• Assist in developing procedures to improve information flow internally and externally.
