Finlays Solutions in Minden, NV is seeking a quality technician to implement testing methods and ensure products meet quality standards. Under the supervision of Quality Supervisor, you will calibrate lab equipment, run tests, verify ingredients and finished products, and help maintain GMP compliance on the production floor.

The role is onsite at the Minden, NV facility, requiring attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork to support food safety and quality

Formación

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Read, write, speak English.
• Basic math and calculator use.
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble and troubleshoot equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment.
• Perform ATP and Allergen swab testing to release equipment post CIP.
• Inspect, test, and approve bulk ingredients and juice batches.
• Ensure SOPs and GMPs are followed.
• Support safety and quality issue resolution on the production floor.
• Complete required sanitation tasks and maintain documentation.
