Finlays Solutions in Minden, NV is seeking a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift. Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, you will implement procedures to ensure production of safe, quality beverages and compliance with SOPs and GMPs.

You will calibrate lab equipment, run tests, inspect ingredients and finished products, document results, and escalate issues. This onsite role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to food safety.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years in manufacturing preferred.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Basic math and calculator use.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor equipment repairs.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Ability to document accurately.

Aufgaben

• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment in the lab
• Complete pre-run startup checks
• Perform ATP and Allergen swab testing
• Inspect, test, and approve bulk ingredient shipments
• Inspect, test, and approve each batch of juice
• Inspect, test, and approve finished product
• Collect and store finished product samples
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate
• Support team safety and promote safe work practices
