Finlays Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to help ensure continuous production of safe, high‑quality beverages. You will calibrate lab testing equipment, perform startup checks, and execute ATP/allergen swabs to release equipment after CIP.

Responsibilities include inspecting ingredients, batches, and finished products; collecting samples; performing micro testing; and enforcing GMPs, SOPs, and safety policies on the production floor.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in manufacturing.
• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Basic math and calculator use.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment.
• Perform pre-run startup checks for materials and equipment.
• Conduct ATP and allergen swabs; release equipment post CIP.
• Inspect and approve bulk ingredients and each juice batch.
• Inspect and approve finished product per requirements.
• Collect samples and incubate plates for micro testing.
• Monitor tempering of ingredients; handle nonconforming materials.
• Escalate food safety/quality issues to supervisor.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs; promote safe work environment.
