Job summary

Finlays Solutions, NLX Beverage Solutions unit, is seeking a QA Supervisor to lead the Laboratory and Quality Operations on site in New Lenox, Illinois. The role reports to the site Quality Manager and focuses on delivering reliable data, ensuring food safety, and supporting production through quality improvements.

You will manage GLP, GMP, HACCP, FSQMS programs, coordinate audits, train staff, and partner with Operations, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to uphold the company’s quality

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory auditing and compliance programs.
• HACCP Level 2 certification preferred.
• Advanced ability to train personnel and perform analytical and microbiological testing.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Laboratory & Quality Operations to ensure GLP, GMP, HACCP compliance.
• Maintain accurate, reliable, and compliant laboratory testing and data reporting.
• Plan laboratory staffing and workloads to support production needs.
• Train and develop laboratory team members to high performance standards.
• Prepare and communicate quality reports and testing results to Operations.
• Support and improve FSQMS and quality documentation.
• Assist with internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
