Finlays Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift in Minden, NV. The role focuses on implementing quality procedures, maintaining GMPs, and ensuring production aligns with established standards.

Under supervision, you will inspect materials, support safety initiatives, participate in audits, and help resolve quality issues on the production floor while adhering to SOPs and HACCP/SQF frameworks.

Formación

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, weights and measures, and efficient use of a calculator.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Possess mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to communicate both written and orally within the organization.
• Ability to give positive suggestions to improve operations in the work center.
• Team Oriented - being helpful, respectful, approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment, is responsible, honest, loyal, interacts with others tactfully, resolves conflicts appropriately, and adapts to change.

• High school diploma or GED, and 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Practice, teach and enforce SOPs and GMPs for Quality.
• Practice and enforce Safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor and verify accuracy of product, packaging, labeling and identifications.
• Support team safety by promoting safe work practices and compliance.
• Adhere to, teach, and monitor quality programs.
• Ensure process controls are met and documentation is accurate; implement corrective action as needed.
• Assist in external audits and documentation.
• Inspect raw materials for accuracy and perform tanker inspections safely.
