Job summary

Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta, CA, seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the beverage program across club outlets and events. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, recipes, and staff development, ensuring exceptional member and guest experiences while meeting budget targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage/hospitality experience, including supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing beverage or hospitality teams preferred.
• Knowledge in food and beverage cost controls and operating procedures.
• Required Food Handler Card and RBS certification, or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage program operations across the club's outlets and events.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Develop and maintain cocktail programs, recipes, and wine lists.
• Recruit, train, and supervise bar personnel; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with F&B Director and club leadership to elevate service and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and club policies governing beverage operations.
