Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across our venues. You will craft inventive drink menus, oversee inventory, manage costs, and mentor a team of bartenders to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities include developing signature cocktails and seasonal offerings, supervising opening/closing procedures, ensuring compliance with liquor laws, health and safety standards, and promoting teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of beverage management experience.
• 21+ and able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, safety standards, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability.
• Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistent drink quality and service.
• Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
