Job summary

Tradition Golf Club in La Quinta, CA is seeking a friendly bartender for a seasonal full/part-time role. You will manage beverage service, stock bars, and ensure guests receive high-quality, timely drinks.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in upscale dining, a High school diploma, and a Responsible Beverage Service Certification. You will greet members, follow liquor laws, maintain clean bars, and support a collaborative team during peak events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of related experience in full-service/upscale dining preferred.
• Must hold a Responsible Beverage Service Certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations and checks IDs.
• Sets up bars, stocks beer, wine, spirits and supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes; keeps bar areas clean.
• Greets members/guests in a courteous manner.
• Takes drink orders and prepares beverages per standard recipes.
• Checks identification and handles beverage service responsibly.
• Maintains safe, organized bar area and health standards.
• Contributes to teamwork and positive guest experiences.
