Job summary

PGA West Private Clubhouse in La Quinta, CA is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our full-time seasonal team. You will support all club venues and events, maintain the bar and storerooms, and serve beverages to members and guests in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is required.
• Knowledge of bar beverages, spirits, wine and beer is required.
• Familiarity with common cocktails and specialty drinks is preferred.
• Passion for exceeding Member expectations and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by Beverage Manager.
• Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system.
• Maintain daily inventory of liquors, beers, wines and tobacco; track popular items and restock as needed.
• Keep bar area clean and equipment polished; ensure bar readiness during shifts.
