Job summary

Invited Clubs seeks an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee all beverage service across our private clubs. You will manage inventory for wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper rotation and quality while collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Director on menu development and events.

You will create seasonal cocktail and beverage offerings, ensure staff training and adherence to safety standards, and supervise dining room and bar operations to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading beverage programs in clubs, restaurants, or hospitality settings.
• Proven ability to manage inventories, par levels, and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, and pairing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management of wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Lead and train bar and dining room staff; schedule and performance reviews.
• Develop and curate beverage menus and seasonal offerings; coordinate with Chef on pairings.
