Job summary

Oldfield Club in Okatie, SC, part of Troon, seeks a Beverage Manager to lead and elevate the Club’s beverage program across venues, including the Rookery Bar and Magnolia Room. You will drive quality, service, and guest experiences while managing budgets and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of beverage/club leadership, strong wine and spirits knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site position with events-based evening work and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive beverage, bar, or club management experience.
• Strong understanding of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
• Experience managing beverage cost, inventory, purchasing, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day beverage operations across the Club.
• Manage wine club program and beverage menus.
• Establish high beverage standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality.
• Develop seasonal and signature cocktail programs for various outlets.
• Train and develop bartenders and service staff; lead pre-shift meetings.
