This management role offers a full-time schedule, annual pay range of $80,000 to $104,000, and bonus eligibility, with exposure across a vibrant, high-energy property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality or related field; 2 years experience in food and beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations across bars, restaurants, events, and in-room dining.
• Develop beverage menus, promotions, and activations that enhance the guest experience and support business goals.
• Manage beverage inventory, cost controls, liquor accountability, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with beverage, liquor, safety, and sanitation regulations.
