Job summary

Sool Bar and Lounge, operated by Engage Hospitality LLC, seeks an experienced Bar Manager to lead a high-energy bar team in San Francisco. You will oversee daily operations behind the bar, craft cocktails, and guide service staff to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll shape cocktail offerings, mentor teammates, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with management on promotions. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with growth opportunities as the venue

Qualifications

• Several years of bartending and mixology experience with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bar operations with attentive, welcoming service.
• Lead, train, and support bartenders and service staff.
• Create and prepare cocktails focused on quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Develop seasonal cocktails and menu ideas aligned with Sool’s vision.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and marketing.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
