Job summary

The role requires full-time availability with a flexible schedule, strong leadership, and knowledge of food and beverage safety. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction and team development in a busy hotel bar environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in fast-paced hotel/restaurant settings.
• Valid Serving It Right and Food Safe certificates; mixology/bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent command of English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of products and ability to advise guests.
• Experience with POS, OpenTable, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall bar operations by innovating beverage programs, including cocktails, wine, mocktails, flights, events, procurement, supplier connections, inventory & recipe management.
• Be available to work full time on a flexible schedule based on operational needs.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
• Provide exemplary leadership and engage both staff and guests.
• Manage beverage costs and operating expenses while focusing on guest satisfaction and budgets.
• Support floor operations as needed and ensure high beverage quality and service.
