Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation in Niagara Falls, NY, seeks a Lead Beverage Bar Back to manage liquor, supplies, and inventory across our casino bar locations. You will ensure accurate deliveries, rotate stock, maintain pump rooms, and support BERG/ Pepsi systems while upholding health and security standards.

This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or its equivalency required.
• Minimum of three (3) years food service experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of inventory control experience.
• Food service management and/or supervision experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate levels of liquor in the pump rack and ensure the pump room is clean and organized.
• Perform inventory control and coordinate monthly stock levels with management.
• Accept all beverage deliveries and rotate stock as needed.
• Deliver supplies to bar locations and keep requisitions and records up to date.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with health and security guidelines.
