Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead beverage program development, cocktail programming, and seasonal offerings.
• Coach, schedule, and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage beverage inventory, purchasing, vendors, and cost controls.
• Monitor sales performance and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with F&B, Culinary, Venues and other departments for programming and guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• Engage guests with knowledgeable, personalized service and build relationships.
• Stay current on cocktail trends and contribute new ideas to the program.
• Support leadership with planning, reporting and special events.
