Job summary

Hana-Maui Resort seeks a Beverage Manager to lead the Paniolo Bar and oversee beverage service across bars, lounges, restaurants, and events. You will hire, train, and coach bartenders and colleagues, drive mixology concepts, and respond to demand and market trends with passion and personal style.

You will manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll weekly, and ensure the beverage department meets financial targets while maintaining high guest satisfaction with quality controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive F&B management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute F&B operations across Paniolo Bar and outlets.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of staff.
• Ensure beverage program is aligned with budget and financial targets.
• Develop activations and events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain inventory controls and monthly reporting.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
