Hyatt Hana-Maui Resort is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to oversee hotel F&B areas, coordinate scheduling, forecasting, and training, and ensure compliance with laws and procedures.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, leadership ability, and a willingness to drive guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management.
• Wine/beverage knowledge in upscale environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and flexible schedule.
• Team leadership and collaborative spirit.
• Valid Maui County Liquor Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00
