Maui Brewing Co. Kaʻanapali is seeking an experienced Restaurant Bar Manager to lead our bar operations in a high-volume, guest-focused setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and delivering exceptional hospitality while maintaining beverage standards and cost controls. You will oversee front-of-house and bar staff, ensure compliance, train team members, and partner with kitchen leadership to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experienced Restaurant Bar Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a hospitality team.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop hourly team members to deliver hospitality excellence.
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations for high-quality service and guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and service standards across guest areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; uphold guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Executive Kitchen leadership for seamless service execution.
• Monitor labor costs and productivity to meet financial goals.
• Lead bar operations, ensure beverage quality and service execution.
• Manage bar inventory, orders, costs, and portion control.
