Job summary

Ugly Dumpling is seeking a passionate Beverage Director to design and deliver a new beverage program that aligns with our bold dining experience. You will design menus, create drinks, train teams, and elevate the brand across locations in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes creative leadership, hands-on training, and managing beverage operations with a focus on quality, speed, and guest satisfaction. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bartending experience.
• 3+ years beverage program development experience.
• Hold valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification (where applicable).
• Hold a valid ServSafe Alcohol Certification, eTIPS Certification, ABC License.
• Able to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify beverage training and development needs within the organization.
• Create, lead, and conduct training and beverage programs for employees at all levels.
• Develop Franchise Partners, Managers, and staff in beverage program.
• Manage quality control and uphold service standards.
• Drive beverage sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain vendor and partner relationships.
• Evolve beverage programs based on trends and feedback.
