Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Beverage Manager to oversee beverage operations across our establishments. You will craft innovative menus, manage inventory, and lead a team of bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in beverage management, strong leadership, and a deep knowledge of mixology and current beverage trends. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Must obtain or be able to obtain an Oklahoma Liquor License (ABLE).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a beverage-related management role.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage trends and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative beverage programs, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor bar staff to ensure consistency in drink quality and service standards.
  • Oversee bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
