Job summary

The Snow Lodge in Aspen is seeking a Beverage Director to lead, profitably develop, and execute the property's beverage program. Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations across outlets including restaurants, bars, events, and other revenue centers.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus aligned with brand, guest experience, and financial goals.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, recipes and service standards.
• Train and develop bartenders, barbacks and related staff.
• Maintain beverage standards, recipes, specifications and preparation procedures.
• Monitor waste, portion control, and inventory usage with a waste-control system.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and maintain required documentation.
