Job summary

One Haus is seeking a Beverage Director in Aspen to lead the beverage program across the property and outlets for the winter season. You will own end-to-end beverage operations, including purchasing, inventory, cost controls, menu development and staff training, while ensuring DOH compliance and accurate financial reporting.

The role emphasizes on-sight leadership, strict adherence to SOPs and driving profitability through beverage cost management and effective vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations across outlets (restaurants, bars, events) and ensure service consistency.
• Develop and refresh beverage menus aligned with brand and financial objectives.
• Train staff on recipes, portioning, SOPs and responsible service.
• Maintain DOH compliance, sanitation, labeling and temperature controls.
• Manage MarginEdge data, including recipes, revenue centers mapping and inventory reporting.
• Lead purchasing, vendor relations and cost-control to optimize beverage profitability.
