POM Wonderful is seeking a Beverage Lead to oversee daily beverage operations, driving quality, safety, and staff performance in their area. The Beverage Lead trains, coaches, and develops hourly staff to ensure efficient work and compliance with standards.

Base Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00. This leadership role requires implementing GMP and safety, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring product quality within specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required; 1–2 years related experience in operating production machines.
• Proficient in GMP, safety and quality culture.
• Ability to train, coach and develop hourly staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift start: assign work stations, communicate schedule, and direct tasks.
• Email OEE % as required.
• Monitor breaks and lunches; enforce breaks.
• Verify and initial shift paperwork as required.
• Shift end: address safety and quality concerns; reconcile paperwork and materials.
• Own and participate in personal development.
• Perform any work as assigned.
