Job summary

Trilliant Food and Nutrition, LLC is seeking a Production Scheduler to translate customer demand into an executable production plan across multiple facilities. The role collaborates with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Sales to proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain food safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will build and maintain a rolling schedule, manage capacity, and minimise disruptions while supporting on-time, in-full performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or planning.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) within a food or CPG manufacturing setting.
• Strong communication and cross-functional relationship-building across the business.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and maintain a rolling production schedule.
• Convert demand into feasible capacity plans across multiple facilities and co-manufacturers.
• Monitor performance against KPIs like OTIF, schedule attainment, and inventory days on hand.
• Coordinate with co-manufacturing partners to align external schedules with demand and quality requirements.
• Identify risks and resolve capacity constraints before they impact customers.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy and system parameters to support scheduling.
