Job summary

You will translate supervisor direction to the floor and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Ensure efficient process flow and track performance metrics.
• Provide hands-on training to new team members.
• Release, start, and close batch orders in ERP system.
