Job summary

Refresco is seeking a hands-on production team member to drive consistent, high-quality beverage production at our Concordville facility in Pennsylvania. You will operate plant equipment, perform quality checks, and follow SOPs while maintaining strict safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires about 2+ years in a fast-moving packaged goods environment, with formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP and related disciplines. Join a team focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2+ years in a fast moving packaged goods environment.
• Good knowledge of health and safety, hygiene rules and regulations.
• Formal training in areas such as WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene etc.
• Acute awareness about production issues and their role within these.
• Good understanding of factory / production machinery - awareness of technical issues.
• Demonstrates improvement initiatives to aid the development of the site / dept / role.
• Undertaken quality checks on production (i.e. visual checks through detailed analysis of product specifications).
• Carried out paperwork and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant and equipment to ensure consistent production of high quality products.
• Follow SOPs, quality checks, cleaning procedures and basic fault finding.
• Support maintenance with cleaning and basic repairs where needed.
• Contribute to site initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
