Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator in California to ensure the highest quality beverage products are produced efficiently on implemented lines.

You will monitor machinery, read schedules, and ensure safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation throughout the shift. The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, familiarity with GMP/HACCP practices, and ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Certification or equivalent.
• 1–3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in warehouse/production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and safety standards (SQF).
• Read, understand, and follow the production schedule and communicate deviations.
• Maintain production flow and supply raw materials; perform minor servicing as needed.
• Follow SOPs and perform equipment changeovers; read imperial and metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production data; maintain records.
• Perform sanitation and equipment maintenance as assigned.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality, efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Identify machine issues through visual/auditory cues and escalate as needed.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
